Returns & Store Credit
We truly want you to love your Labash piece. Because our jewelry is handmade in small batches, all returns are carefully managed to ensure quality and fairness for everyone.
Please review our Return Policy and instructions below before sending anything back.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items submitted through our Online Return Portal within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be initiated through the Return Portal before any item is shipped back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it promptly.

We do not charge a restocking fee
All items are eligible for return unless otherwise noted
Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Approved returns must be shipped within 48 hours of approval.
Refunds & Store Credit
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method, or store credit can be issued at your request. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and email confirmation once complete.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:
Final Sale or discounted items
Custom or personalized pieces
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards
Items that show signs of wear, damage, odors, makeup/deodorant, animal hair, or removed packaging
Any non-eligible items returned will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Important Notes
Returns sent without prior approval through the Return Portal or outside the return window will not be accepted.
Labash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return transit. Claims for lost or damaged return shipments must be filed with the carrier.
